A few words on my schedule. But first: Porcelain beakers, hand thrown and inside coated with a transprent glaze. On Monday, I will start with a new series of them, some are going to Los Angeles, others are for a friend in Zurich. When the white beakers will be in the kiln, I will go back to black porcelain, also for a client in Los Angeles and for another in New York. I will then make some blue vessels for a collector here in Zurich, one of my first collectors. He is an art historian and he already has a beautiful collection of my work from the last fifeteen years. Then I will start with stoneware, going on with a quite big order for a restaurant and also for a private houshold and some smaller thing for a wedding, and then back to black porcelain for a big order for another private houshold. What I wanted to say, is: I am really very sorry but I am not able to take over more orders before October. I am working alone in my studio and do not want to change this. So my capacity is limited. And I need enough time for my work, so please understand that at the moment I am not able to work wirhin three or four weeks for an individual commission. And: It would be great if we could discuss your wishes now for f.e. to realize them until autumn – then I could block my time for your project. Of course I always have some work on stock, so please feel free to pass by at my shop in Zurich!
