It is over! Last Saturday evening, I finished a last commission of my tableware edition ‚black beauties’ from this year: Maybe you remember that I had to make all the pieces a second time? Tonight I started the first kiln and on Thursday I will start a second one – then all cups, bowls and plates for the party of seven will be finally ready…..I am behind with my work because of the accident during the drying process and I lost at least two weeks of work. Tomorrow, I will start with the next pieces for a very nice client and a very patience, too: I will make a dozen of quite big bowls also in black porcelain and then I have to complete again some bowls from stoneware. I would like to finish all this year: In January and February I need all my time and energy to prepare my solo exhibition in Tokyo that opens on March 16, 2019 – I will be there maybe some of you, too?
