Another formstudy and the end of a busy week – I have thrown fifty bowls and plates with different clay sorts and I am very curious how they will come out of the kiln next week. Form study: Sometimes I work for days on a form and with different sorts of clay, like in this picture. I have thrown about fifty pieces and tried a lot of different body forms and also feet details. I used red and black clay for this form study and fired all with high temperature.
